My baby start talking in 14 months after that he stop talking now he is 20 month he says only mummma. Is it normal

Is your child understanding and responding to what you say making an eye contact and all because when the child is speaking and suddenly the speech vanishes so they can be number of reasons behind you really need to know and understand what can be the reason so recommend you would recommend you to visit your doctor once
