My baby some time speak clearly but some time speak like mmmmmmm mammma or others words Khoikh khana what about problem

A. Developmental stuttering is the most common type. It affects children between 3-8 years old and tends to come on gradually. It happens at the time the child is developing most of their speech and language skills. Create opportunities for talking that are relaxed, fun and enjoyable. Do not be critical of your child's speech.
