My baby slipped his leg and fell on his back and hit the head to the edge of the door step, but no wounds and I rubbed the head thoroughly and found no swelling. But the next day while feeding him the food, he vomitted. After that he didn't. Today while feeding him the milk, he vomitted again. Anything to worry?

A. no bumps or external injury found. He has vomitted yesterday afternoon and today morning twice.

A. Yes it can be due to bump on head Get it checked if vomits wont stop as sometimes we cant see the little injuiries happened inside. Give domestal drops if too much vomiting
