Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 11 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Kids have most ability in the neck and this age which is why it actually bends down front or back anywhere so you are not supposed to handle the child without keeping the hand behind the head of the child could be really unhealthy for the neck
