Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen timefd and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

My Advice would be to give proper dinner to the child and after dinner two hours later give milk and maintain a gap of about half an hour in between Mili time and sleep time this way your child is going to be full so hopefully your child will sleep properly
