Q.

My baby sleeps around 12.30 at night and wakes up around 9.30 am. Will this cause any health issues to her or should I do something on her sleep pattern?

A. no need to change her sleeping patterns now. she takes her sleep as per her requirement. when she will grow up and starts to going to school, the sleeping patterns changes automatically. so, now you please don't force her to change her sleeping patterns. you should also enjoy the childhood with your child.

A. sleep will be taken according to the need of the child so if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern and sleep hours and it will obviously change from time to time and then stabilize. if overall the child is play full and is well responxding then do not worry about the hours of sleep and they will not have any problem. (please note if sleepx is inadequate then growth will not be proper so if growth is proper then no need to worry about sleep)
