ReemaMom of a 10 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. baby colour depends on the genes your baby carry.. if you think your baby's skin is damage then you can moisturizer too well. You need to use mama Earth milky Soft of body wash for bath and after bath apply their milky soft lotion this will moisturize the skin very well and bring back the original skin colour

ReemaMom of a 10 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. Relax dear. With time all will b fine . What u can do is moisturise your baby skin. I personally apply mamaearth milky soft cream.. This will improve n remove the darkness... It will give healthy skin which will b fair . N don't worry at the end babies take the colour of parents so with time their skin tone will change he

stouthearted lifeMom of 2 children5 years agoA. To those who think that it is parent obession with fair skin, I would like to tell u that i gave birth to twins. Both were premie and had baby jaundice...my first born was much fairer thn my second baby but she had the values of Billuribin on higher side baby so we sent her for phorotherapy. there wasn't much change in her skin for first few days after that she turned into a completely different shade atleast 5 times darker and now after 3 months she is on darker side while my second baby seems fair thn the first one. I agree with the parents who says phorotherapy turns baby dark and I completely agree to it

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 9 m old boy8 years agoA. Complexion of the baby definitely changes from birthtime to later. You can use coconut oil or even ghee sometimes for a massage. This will keep the skin hydrated and soft. Area behind the neck is also comparatively darker in most of the kids....thats really fine. Use some coconut oil before bath.

Bhurabi BharaliMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy8 years agoA. Fair skin.... Indian society is very obessed with fair skin.... Don't worry about the complexion of the baby. .. It tends to changes a lot over the period of the time... The complexion of the baby keep on changing a lot.. Fair skin don't mean a good skin and Healthy baby.. So don't go after the complexion of the baby.... Rather go for healthy baby.. And also a healthy baby will always have a good skin... Keep him hydrated... Give him healthy balanced food... Include grape juice, Apple and orange in the diet to improve his complexion... Give him body massage regularly.. It will helps to moisture the skin. And help to retain the glow of the skin... You can use Luke warm oil to massage.. Bath him with Luke warm water... Apply Moisturizer cream regularly over the body frequently in every 4-6 hours as the baby's skin is very delicate and tend to loose moisture faster than us.... Also limit the exposure to sunlight.. Sunlight is essential for the vitamin D.. But the too harsh and direct sunlight can also darken the skin... So avoid the peak hour sunlight ... And direct sunlight...
