Q.

my baby shree is 1yr 4m old. I have not started drinking milk yet. she is dependent on breastfeed and food.i want to start milk please guide me which method is best formula milk or dairy milk.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Since the baby is now one year old, you can start giving cow milk to the baby. Also you can give Nestle formula milk. Mix and match between both the milk and also continue giving breast milk as well… Thanks and take care
