My baby she is on formula milk she is 4 month she is only gaining 500 gm per she look very weak

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds m, passing adequate urine, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry. It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months completion and triples by one year completion. Continue breastfeeding.
