Q.
My baby she is 16 month old not eating happily... what should i do that she will get hungry... have her meal happily??? i always offer her new recipes with different color texture and taste but she dont even try... just refused for every thing...

Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most drl common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamidn with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

Zincovit Supplement you can start with as of now a lot of times we have seen that due to some deficiencies in the body kids do not maintain proper diet so this is one of the best supplements that you can definitely go ahead with to me the best deficiencies in the body and yet maybe over the period the appetite of the child is going to be much better
