Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, porridges, malts, idly are suggested.. Check suitability before introducing new food items, avoid sugar, salt, oil use only ghee, unsalted butter, cheese while preparing baby foods.

Then breast milk should be given according to the needs of your baby.
