My baby seems to be having stomach infection..but she doesn't have diarrhea or vomit..but has slight fever and stomach ache.. does it cure on its own ..or we need to give her medicine?

A. If it is stomach infection then first of all stop giving milk and give banana khichdi curd rice suji Upma poha coconut water nimbu paani and give ajwain water a couple of times in a day
