Q.

My baby's weight was 5.7 kg at 3.5 months. Now she is 6.1 kg at 4.5 months. Should I need to worry as she gains less weight this month as compared to previous months?

A. It’s 400 g so it is 100 g less than the expected weight gain as it is supposed to be somewhere around 500 g in a month so monitor for another month if the weight is not increasing properly then I would advise you to give formula feeding along with breastfeeding
