Q.

My baby's weight is now 9kg 600... he drink milk at 7/:30, then 9:30 he take breakfast, 11 a. m he take some fruits... then 1p.m he tk lunch.. after that at 5 p. m he take some snacks... 9p.m he take dinner... is this right food chart for my baby? how can i help him to gain weight?

A. Try to give dinner by eight or 830 maximum and after two hours of the day for you put your child to sleep play 40 minutes before that just give milk to the child I think that we are child will have a better sleeping pattern because your child’s tummy is going to be full properly other than that whatever schedule you are following is perfectly good
