my baby's weight is 12 kg.. which syrup is best for stomach pain..she is 3 and haf years old

Cyclopam you can give about 2ML to the child one time your child is underweight as per the current age on suggesting you on the basis of the weight of your child which can be repeated after eight hours if needed to be given if your child still suffers with stomach pain
