Q.

My baby’s weight at the time of birth was 3.9 kg now after 6 weeks her weight is 4.38kg as per chart it should be 5 kg. Should I be worried?

A. it's ok weight gain,  Urine frequency 10 times a day minimum. content baby, sleeping well  .are all indicative of adequate milk supply or feeding. also more you feed ,more the supply. keep yourself hydrated., Have nutritious diet.

A. Hi mom It’s all normal No need to worry Give feeding every two hours of intervals Burp well after every feeding Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich diet to increase your milk supply Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
