My baby's upper buttocks is attached above anus. why is it so? does it need a surgical procedure to make it proper? in a report i read anal orifice+ . what does it mean?

Ma’am It would be Definitely be a quite technical and complex issue it would be better that you please discuss it with your doctor they can advise you and guide you based on it because you know it’s always better that you take an advice from the professional people only relating to all these things
