A. hi low weight gain is caused by many reasons like your child's activity level ,low absorption of food energy, genetics,or illness. so please try to find out exact reason behind it. offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes,sweet potatoes,rice to your child. give energy dense fruits like apples banana papaya etc to your child. add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child's diet. give massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene
