My Baby's umbilical cord seems to be fluid filled while gently pressing. pls let me know what it is ?

You can check with your doctor regarding that is this way I cannot confirm whether there is an infection or not because sometimes it could be due to a minor infection also with the physical assessment you’ll have a better understanding of the situation
