my baby's tougue is pink while born but now it's a dark black large patch what I do to off to black tongue

I would suggest you to clean the tongue of your child with a tongue cleaner whenever you are giving a bath to the child get if you see it is black then maybe you’re giving an iron supplement which is turning the colour black and if that is also not the reason when you check with your paediatrician one time
