my baby's tongue has tiny red dots on the tip. is that indicates any problem?

keerthana padmanabhanGuardian of 0 children4 years agoA. even my 4 months old girl has same dot on the tip of her tongue. I guess its a symptom of body heat. make sure you don't give her any food that may increase body heat. see for other symptoms of body heat. if yes.. then we may proceed with buttermilk, tender coconut to balance the body heat.. then check if its gone in a couple days or else we may need to consult a doctor. hope she is fine now❤ do let me know if its gone. and what did you do for it. thank you 💗 😊
