My baby's skin looks discoloured I have attached the picture of her skin. I'm using Cetaphil baby daily lotion and chicco baby wash & shampoo. is it normal or something else

Sometimes these things can happen due to the products that you are using and sometimes it will probably be do some deficits into the body of the child please have an assessment with a dermatologist regarding the issue they will be able to give you proper help on this
