my baby's skin is turning rough just above ankles of both legs, do we need to apply lactocalamine or Vaseline to make it smooth?

A. hello you may apply cetaphil.lotion 2 timea a day and also do coconut oil.massage before bath daily and aboid powders or even dairy products over the skin and not to apply them
