my baby's skin is sooo dry and red patches.. pls suggest what can i do

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 40 months old and her skin is very dry and with red patches on the skin so mostly he is having an Icthyosis here it’s a genetic disorder

Hi mommy Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Wash area often with lukewarm water Wash hands often before touching your Baby Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
