My baby's skin colour is dark due to water change. Any suggestions for soap for skin colour to change and herbal powder?

A. Namaste Mom, This is bascially as mentioned due to water, so mainly gets better only of water change. you can though use home made ubtan made of rice flour or oats or gram flour as the base
