my baby's poop is very watery and foamy...he pooos 5 6 times a day....can i give him xymex drops?

Loose motion are most of the time infective wherecv it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mducous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
