my baby's poop is greenish n lil watery since 4 days ( 3-4 times a day) what could be the reason. what should I do

Please honestly lose motions in the initial 30 days to 60 days of time is completely normal but if you feel it’s constant lose motion only after feeding and it’s green and colour and if if you’re seeing anything odd in that then it’s better to check with your doctor once
