Q.
my baby s passing. watery stool..that s small quantity watery stool with yellow in it multiple times in a day for past 1 month..v use cloth most of the time ,diaper only when guest comes...in every cloth there ll be small motion with watery stain...now she develops perianal excoriation...wat can I do to solve this..pls help

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. for diaperr rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash.
to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

T It may be a possibility that your child is having its teeth which is why your child is suffering with diarrhoea so you can apply Boroline onto the anus regularly so that your child does not have an ashes and good that you do not make your child wear diaper but as of now give good amount of ORS water to the child zinc supplement and also consult your doctor
