A. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sweating pattern in the child. but if you feel that the child is having some other problems also get the child examined by the doctor. you can apply regular baby powder on the sweating areas. if the child in cool atmosphere and make the child wear cotton clothes. it is very common to find sweating on the forehead as well as the palms and soles and the other folding areas in the body. sweating is usually a part of metabolism and metabolic growth of the child. usually it's a normal phenomenon. when you take the temperature in the armpit of the child with the help of a digital thermometer and if it is 99 f (37 c) or more then you consider it as fever or when you take the temperature in the oral cavity of the child and if it is 100 degree fahrenheit thend you consider it as fever and then paracetamol is given. along with paracetamol continue body sponge and keep the child in light clothes. paracetamol can be repeated maximum four times per day

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It might be due to teething in the baby. Please give homeopathic medicine BC21 to the baby. Also massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Please give semi solid food items like banana and mashed potatoes and mashed apples to the baby. Also give suji kheer and daal paani to the baby. Start giving formula milk to the baby. You can also give mashed idli to the baby. Thanks and take care
