My baby's has itching problem under hand and foot. plz help

A. Itching under the hands and feet in babies could be due to dry skin, heat rash, eczema, or an allergic reaction. Keep your baby’s skin moisturized using a fragrance-free baby moisturizer 2–3 times a day. Use mild baby soap and bathe with lukewarm water, not hot. Dress your baby in cotton clothes and avoid overheating. If the itching persists, worsens, or you see redness, swelling, or small bumps, consult a pediatrician or dermatologist.
