My baby’s first portion of potty gets hard and it cuts his anal … there is little blood stain on the poty… then comes the soft portion… how can I prevent the recurrence of this hard poty and cutting of the anal path

A child is probably having dehydration which is why you’re facing this issue try to give more of liquids and fibre to the child which is what is going to be good and whenever your child is willing to put some lubricant into that Vaseline oil so it would be easier for the hard portion to come out easily
