my baby's eye is swelling like this in every two days i didn't notice any pain in him but sometimes he is crying with high pitch(not colic) what to do

Then maybe it is because of the swelling that is there see if you are unable to figure out anything as of now and you feel the child is constantly crying and you are certain it is not stomach pain then you can give paracetamol to the child as painkiller and let the night pass and visit your doctor tomorrow
