A. 99° is fever right now the child is not having fever now it will depend from where have you taken the temperature if you’ve taken under the arm then you have to add 1° to the temperature it shows and if you have taken it overly then you have to take it as it is so now you see whether it is fever or not because with the temperature that you mentioned it is normal
