Q.

My baby's age is 4m 15 days.He has been taken formula milk 120 ml per 2 hr.can i start cerelac from 5 month?

A. hi mom hope formula is given under doctors prescription or else exclusive breastfeeding is recommended for the baby till 6 months of age no you will not start cerelac in 5th month let the baby complete 6 months of age initiate with liquids like rice dal water gradually introduce other foods one at a time prefer home based kitchen feeds over packaged foods
