Q.

My baby's age is 14 months. Lack of appetite and doesn't intake milk. What should I do to increase her appetite?

A. dear mum, give small frequent meals four or more times a day and up to one Katori every time. include seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits important for appetite. curd helps. spices like jeera, Hing, mint powder aid digestion. do not bottle feed, it reduces appetite for top food. you can add dry fruits powder to the milk to enhance the taste.

In most of the cases the appetite loss can be seen when a child is about to have its teeth in the first place or there could be a possibility that your child is having deficiency of iron in the body so to know more clearly about it you will have to get a test done for your child to figure out if there is any kind of deficiency or child is going through because on that basis only any kind of supplement can be suggested for the childWrite Your Answer Here
