So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed . You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital. It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment

U Play sometimes these things could be due to ear infection also so till the time we do not get it personally checked by a doctor he cannot be sure about the reason as well so I will just say that you get a check with an ENT doctor for proper checkup and medication
