my baby potty became harder.. nd he didn't poop properly yesterday.. as dz winter what food to be given.. nd he will not drink water though I give.. pls suggest

A. modify diet avoid baked and packed food give diet rich in fibre like oats banana papaya etc give Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine if the problem perists consult your doctor
