my baby poops green colour poo, I was giving her goat's milk for 1 day do I need to worry about this or this colour is due to goat's milk? she is 2.5 months old

U Should not give any kind of animal milk to the child before the age of 12 months even goats milk is not recommended to go for I don’t know why are you giving it and even if your paediatrician has advised you to go for it it is not recommended still please give formula feeding if you need to otherwise breastfeeding nothing else
