my baby poop is green in color is it normal? she feels some discomfort I m using similac iq plus formula and few ounce of bf..

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes its very normal Don't worry about green stools because it is very commonly seen if your baby is having mild cold and cough or drinks formula milk. Moreover the consistency and the frequency of stool matters more than the colour.

Hi Colour is green for the child because your child is having formula milk giving formula feeding to the child so that’s very commonly associated with that if your diet is having any discomfort that could be due to some issue like gas or colic otherwise green colour motion has got no issues as such it’s very normal and common with formula feed
