leakage of stool while passing flatus is normal. the occurs usually due to decreased muscles strength in the anal sphincter of the child axnd the strength will improve with increasing age of the child.
so the child may pass stool like wise more than 20 times per day also which is totally normal.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Yes it is completely normal don’t worry about it as the age is going to progress things are going to get better yet if you do not see any good progress by the time of 4-5 months then in that case you can consult your doctor one time there is no problem
