My baby passing loose stools around 6-7 times a day with mucus is it a severe bacterial infection ..?? already took advice from pediatric and he provided the medicine but no recovery yet .

A. Oh actually mucus can be a fine for infection but nothing can be confirmed without a stool test so if you still have a doubt and your child is not getting better than better to conduct a stool culture and accordingly whatever stated in the report you can take a treatment on that
