Blood in the motion is basically a sign of stomach infection but here as you mentioned that the blood is coming with hard motion maybe the child really has to apply a lot of force which is why there could be a tear in the anal region which is why this could be happening kindly consult your doctor for further assistance and if needed you can also give us tool softener to your child
