My baby passes poop every time after feeding she is on formula milk since she was born means if she is feeding 12 times a day she passes poop 12 to 15 times and the concern is she is not gaining weight. she is 42 days old

Madam if your child has not gained 750 g in these 42 days that means a feeding that you are giving currently is not getting digested also it is not even healthy that your child should gain weight I would recommend you to please check with your doctor and get your child tested for lactose intolerance and start with formula after that
