my baby one year old now so I want to introduce cows milk so when n how much quantity can I give to baby kindly suggest please I am breastfeeding also

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! The maximum dairy intake should be around 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Give outside milk in Babyhug stainless steel glasses in small quantities to check the suitability and for better assimilation.
