my baby of 30days old has got pimple like thing on her entire scalp, is it normal?

That could probably be due to too much of heat in the body that it is happening on the scalp currently I would advise you to add some Kapoor into Coconut oil and apply regularly onto the scalp of your child hopefully it is going to be better over the period and if needed feel free to consult your doctor
