My baby of 12 years old he has a itching in body in the night very itching and then black spots on skin

Maybe it is due to dryness but if you’re saying there is black spots and all in the skin then it could be a skin dedicated issue as well you should get a check with the dermatologist and accordingly they can help you with right treatment and medications associated with this
