Q.
My baby now 7 month old. So can I give her palak and tomato soup. Kindly give recipe.

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children8 years agoA. Boil and peel tomatoes and grind it and make puree. Boil and chop palak also. Heat a pan with butter/ghee/oil and add cumin seeds. Let it crackle. Now add chopped onions and garlic together. Fry them nicely until golden brown. Now add chopped spinach and tomatoes Puree along with turmeric powder and required salt. Mix well. Then Add 2 cups of water. Allow it to boil for 7-10 minutes in low medium flame or until the spinach gets cooked completely. out. Switch off the flame once done and cool it down. Grind the cooked spinach and everything in a blender/mixer to a smooth puree without any chunks. Filter the spinach soup using a strainer. Straining the soup is optional but recommended for small babies. Serve warm with little pepper powder.

Hi, Start with ragi porridge. don't give more than a one food at a time. give ragi porridge in a lunch time and check if he gets allergic or not. if not continue on daily basis one time a day for few days. than increase gradually. before introduce any food do it same.
