my baby now 23 months but he not sleeping at night.crying whole night

Hello ma’am If your child is crying through the night and I’m sure your child is having certain discomfort which were unable to figure out so in this case I would advise you to consult your paediatrician ones for a proper checkup so at least you are sure why all of these things are happening and if needed a medication can be advised accordingly
