Exclusively breastfed babies might not be passing stools even for a week and it is normal as long as your baby is not showing any discomfort symptoms. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Do cycling movements with both the legs of your baby to relieve from discomfort. Consult your doctor for further advice.
