RashmiMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Maybe your child is having it teeth which is why your child is neither sleeping well nor eating well so you can give more of liquid to semi solid diet and lots of fluids which would be comfortable for the child and check with the doctor if needed
